ROOMS/HALLS RENTAL POLICIES
 
 
ALL CONTRACTS MUST BE FOR A NON-PROFIT GROUP OR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS.
 

Attached above is a Facility-use application Form to be completed for your event

that will be made tentative on our calendar.

Please complete this contract as soon as possible and return to the office

for final signatures and fee assessment.

We must have the completed contract back to us no later than 1 month prior to your event.

(We do fill up fast.)

As a courtesy, we will hold your calendared date.

If someone else requests the same date you will be notified to finalize yours or lose your spot.

Also attached are blank floor plans for your use.
 
1st, 2nd (Wesley Hall), 3rd (Youth room), & Grounds (Sanctuary under Old Building).

 

You will need to have the floor plan back to the office 2 weeks prior to your event,

once we have agreed on the contract.

 

What you will need:

1.) Some type of insurance coverage for the use of the room for the day. Details are on the contract form.

2.) Have someone responsible to pick up a key and alarm code for the day, no later than the Wednesday morning prior to your event.

3.) Someone to have a “walk thru” so they will know where everything is and how things operate.

4.) You will be responsible for returning that key to either the office or to the one-way drop box.  

5.) Payment of all fees must be made no later than 1 week prior to your event, in the month of your event.

6.) Trash will need to be remove from the room and placed in the curb side trash bins in the parking lot. (we can show you where these are located)

7.) You will need to do basic clean up after yourself. (trash, sweeping, clean counters, tables, spills on anything)

8.) You will not put away the tables or chairs. We will have them set up for you and take down according to your floor plan.

 

We will be glad to assist you when the clerk is in the office: M – W: 9:00AM – 3:00PM.
You must call to schedule an appointment.

We will be glad to show you the facilities on any of these time frames.
